These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Redlands Shooting Park website (the “Site”) and any related services, including purchases through our online shop, memberships/subscriptions, event or lesson registration, and communications (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make purchases unless a parent/guardian provides consent and completes any required waivers and supervision requirements for minors. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and range rules.
If you visit or participate in any on-site activities (including range time, lessons, events, rentals, or competitions), you may be required to:
Follow all posted and staff-provided range rules, safety procedures, and instructions.
Complete and sign a waiver/release of liability and/or other required documents.
Meet eligibility requirements for specific activities (e.g., age, supervision, training).
Assumption of risk: Shooting sports and related activities involve inherent risks, including serious injury or death. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms govern the Site and online Services; any waiver you sign on-site (or online) may add additional terms and may control in case of conflict regarding on-site participation.
If you create an account:
You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for others.
When you place an order:
You agree that the information you provide (billing, shipping, contact) is accurate.
Prices, availability, descriptions, and promotions may change at any time.
We may limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders for any reason (including suspected fraud, errors, or inventory issues). If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method where applicable.
Taxes: Sales tax may be applied depending on location and applicable law.
Shipping options, pickup availability, delivery timelines, and fees are presented at checkout (when applicable). Risk of loss may transfer according to the shipping terms provided at checkout or as required by law.

Cancellation: You can cancel according to the instructions provided at sign-up or via your account. Cancellation typically stops future renewals; it may not refund a current billing period unless stated otherwise or required by law.
Discounts and promo codes may have expiration dates, usage limits, and other restrictions. We may modify or discontinue promotions at any time. Gift cards (if offered) are subject to posted terms and applicable law.
You agree not to:
Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
Attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Site or Services
Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Post or transmit content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or infringing
We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending access.
The Site and its content (text, images, branding, logos, design, and code) are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except for normal browsing and personal, non-commercial use.
If you submit content to us (reviews, testimonials, photos, messages, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for operating and promoting our Services, unless prohibited by law. You represent you have the rights to submit the content and it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redlands Shooting Park and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims related to the Site/Services will be limited to the amount you paid to us in the 6 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum required by law), whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Redlands Shooting Park and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site/Services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site/Services at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, pose a safety risk, or engaged in unlawful conduct. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that should survive (e.g., payments owed, disclaimers, limitation of liability).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any posted policies (e.g., Refund Policy, Range Rules, Waiver terms), constitute the entire agreement regarding the Site and Services.
